c) Clean sediment from immersion heaters.

d) Turn on water supply and refill tank to correct level.

3.12 STOCKPOT/BOILING POT

3.12.1 Interior

a) Drain off or empty contents of the pot.

b) Rinse with lukewarm water if milk, porridge or egg mixtures have been prepared.

c) Remove hardened food deposits with a plastic or wooden scraper or use non-abrasive paste.

d) Wash with a hot detergent solution.

e) Dismantle the drain-tap and clean all parts thoroughly with hot water and neutral detergent.
